Dawn Alexander (CA, BCom(Hons))

Dawn moved to New Zealand in 2000 at which point she joined the audit team at PKF Goldsmith Fox.  Dawn had previously completed her studies at Edinburgh University followed by 4 years audit and business services at Moore Stephens in Edinburgh. 

Specialist Areas

Dawn specialises in the retirement village sector, however her experience is in managing financial statement audits for a wide range of entities and industries from the not for profit to large multicompany groups.

Dawn's speciality is the audit and financial reporting requirements of clients that are required to comply with the XRB's approved Accounting and Auditing Standards.  As such Dawn has a sound technical understanding and is up-to-date with accounting standards and disclosure requirements.

Personal Interests

Dawn enjoys going on adventures to the great outdoors, watching tennis, socialising with friends and most of all spending time raising her two sons and spending time with her family.
